How to Select BMS
1.Clarify battery type (LiNCM,LiFePO4,LTO),how many series in your pack,select the PCB according to number of series.
2.Clarify battery charging is common port or separate port.
Common port:charge wire and discharge wire share the same one;
Separate port:charge wire and discharge wire are separate.
3.Clarify which current you should choose:
Tips 1:The max current the motor need=Rated power of motor/battery pack voltage*2;
Tips 2:The current of the PCM must be higher than the max current shown on the controller.
4.Passive balancing via resistor to discharge higher cells,this works only if the batteries voltage difference is small.
5.Temperature protection:Can be customized if you need.It will protect batteries via monitoring battery temperature.When it is under extreme situation such as exposing to the Sun.
