The basic functions of the battery tester include:
1. Fast TEST
1.1 Static power consumption test
1.2 Impedance test
1.3 Over-charge protection function test
1.4 Over-charge protection resuming function test
1.5 Over-discharge protection function test
1.6 Over-discharge protection resuming function test
1.7 Over-current protection current value test (with additional short-circuit protection time test)
1.8 Inner identification resistor1 (or thermal resistance) test
1.9 Inner identification resistor2 (or thermal resistance) test
1.10 Communication code test for the batteries with communication IDs (Currently, this function
is only available for DS2502.)
2. Precision TEST
The test items are the same as those in Fast TEST mode, but 1.3 ~ 1.6 can accurately test the
voltage values and can test the self power consumption (Is) of the protection pack after
over-discharge protection.
3. Delay TEST
The function can be used to test the delay time of a lithium battery pack.
